Blizzard Update

Snow is arriving so please be prepared.

Here is the plan for snow:

• Crews will begin service at 2" of accumulation.

• They will not be onsite the entire event, but will make multiple visits.

• No pre-treatment will be applied as this would not be very effective as we will need to push the roadways.

• Treatment will be done post storm and cleanup.

• Additional treatments maybe necessary due to refreezing.

• Sidewalk crews will also make multiple visits to the property as waiting until the end would make the clearing harder and take longer. (This includes Sycamore Hill Drive going in both directions, along the property line on Fort Evans Road and Potomac Station Drive, along with bus stops and mailboxes).

As always, look for updates via email/FB as the weather may change and this plan is subject to changing.

Please remember, Homeowners are responsible for shoveling your driveway, walkway, stoop and all sidewalks that abut your property line, please move the snow somewhere on the common element grassy area or your property plat. Please don't move the snow in the street as it will just be re-plowed.

The HOA/contractor does not plow/clear visitor spaces.
