HOA Inspection Checklist
Annual inspections are due to begin the week of May 11, 2026 and will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Exterior Grounds & Landscaping

Front, side, and rear lawns (mowing, weeds, overall condition)

Landscaping (pruning of bushes and trees, overgrowth)

Debris (bikes, scooters, trash, etc. not stored out of sight)
Exterior Lighting

Front and rear exterior lights (operational and properly maintained)
Doors, Windows & Screens

Front doors (faded, peeling paint, damage)

Front windows (broken or damaged)

Screens (torn, missing, or damaged)
Exterior Structures & Features

Front stoop (peeling surfaces, damaged brick or concrete)

Railings (peeling paint, rust, loose or unsafe condition)

Exterior wood trim (rotted wood, peeling paint, deterioration)

Shutters (faded, missing, or detached)
Roof & Drainage

Roof (missing shingles, visible damage)
Fencing & Outdoor Structures

Fence (curled, warped, broken, popped, or missing boards)

Fence stain (faded, peeling, or non-compliant appearance)

Deck and deck stain (condition and maintenance)

Patio (overall condition and cleanliness)

Pergola (structural condition and appearance)

Shed (condition, maintenance, and compliance)
General Appearance & Compliance
