HOA Inspection Checklist

Annual inspections are due to begin the week of May 11, 2026 and will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Exterior Grounds & Landscaping

  • Front, side, and rear lawns (mowing, weeds, overall condition)

  • Landscaping (pruning of bushes and trees, overgrowth)

  • Debris (bikes, scooters, trash, etc. not stored out of sight)

Exterior Lighting

  • Front and rear exterior lights (operational and properly maintained)

Doors, Windows & Screens

  • Front doors (faded, peeling paint, damage)

  • Front windows (broken or damaged)

  • Screens (torn, missing, or damaged)

Exterior Structures & Features

  • Front stoop (peeling surfaces, damaged brick or concrete)

  • Railings (peeling paint, rust, loose or unsafe condition)

  • Exterior wood trim (rotted wood, peeling paint, deterioration)

  • Shutters (faded, missing, or detached)

Roof & Drainage

  • Roof (missing shingles, visible damage)

Fencing & Outdoor Structures

  • Fence (curled, warped, broken, popped, or missing boards)

  • Fence stain (faded, peeling, or non-compliant appearance)

  • Deck and deck stain (condition and maintenance)

  • Patio (overall condition and cleanliness)

  • Pergola (structural condition and appearance)

  • Shed (condition, maintenance, and compliance)

General Appearance & Compliance

  • Toters (proper storage and placement)

  • Holiday decorations (not displayed out of season)
