2025 Parking Project
The HOA has scheduled necessary maintenance on our community’s common parking areas. Please review the schedule below and mark your calendars.
Important: All dates are weather-dependent and may be adjusted if needed.
October 6 - Purple Section Update
TRASH/RECYCLING - will be picked up between 6 and 7AM, so please be sure your trash and recycling toters are out.
Currently the section is scheduled for Tuesday - 10/7 and Wednesday 10/8 starting at 7AM.
Silverbell Terrace - (401-407; 402-416; 421-435; 441-457)
Golden Larch Terrace - (201-217; 210-224; 231-241; 251-261; 242-256; 271-285; 260-274)
400 Side of Lilac Terrace - (402-416; 420-434)
This includes all spaces resident and visitor and all homes with garages. If you are a garage townhome, you can stay in your garage if you don't need to leave until the section is re-opened. If you choose to leave your vehicle in your driveway, keep in mind they are spraying seal coat. You will also not be able to move your vehicle out of your driveway until the section is re-opened.
If you have a contractor working at your house, please contact the HOA office so that I can help you find a work around. The contractor will not be able to drive into the area during the parking project process.
Please stay tuned for updates as we are expecting rain on Wednesday morning.
Please keep in mind that all vehicles need to be moved by 7AM on 10/7/2025.

Parking & Vehicle Relocation

Work in each section will begin at 7:00 AM.

Vehicles should be relocated to the assigned parking area at Fort Evans Plaza.

Any vehicle not moved will be subject to towing.

Each section will require two full days of vehicle removal.
